Today, we’d like you to meet Vivi from our People team. She’s relatively new to Frekuent, but her energy, empathy, and vision have quickly made her a key part of the team. We caught up with her to learn more about her experience so far.

How long have you been at Frekuent?

I’ve been at Frekuent for four and a half months now.

What do you enjoy most about your day-to-day work?

What I enjoy most about my day-to-day work is collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds, talents, and ways of thinking. I love contributing to their growth and well-being in different ways, being someone they can trust and rely on. I also enjoy bringing fresh ideas, putting my own essence and purpose into both my work and the way I connect with others.


If you had to describe Frekuent’s culture in one sentence, what would it be?

If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.

From your perspective as part of the People team, what makes Frekuent a great place to work?

Since joining the company, I’ve seen Frekuent as a canvas, a space where every idea counts and every action creates real impact. It’s incredible to witness how people’s talent shines through their daily work, creating, building, doing, all within a dynamic and energetic environment. We constantly challenge ourselves, not to compete with one another, but to keep growing. What I value most is the team, people who support you, recognize your contributions, and guide you along the way. Frekuent breaks barriers. Here, there are no “impossible” ideas. Everything is in motion, always evolving, which helps us stay agile in today’s fast paced world.

What aspects of employee experience do you think matter most today and how is Frekuent working on them?

I think what matters most is having the information and tools you need to do your job well, so you can bring your skills and knowledge into play. It’s also essential to have a team that values your ideas, constantly challenges you to bring your best, and helps you amplify your impact. At Frekuent, we make sure to provide all the necessary information from day one during onboarding so that people feel comfortable and empowered. Throughout their journey, employees always have someone they can turn to for support and growth.

What has been your proudest moment so far at Frekuent?

One of my proudest moments so far was seeing the impact of our team building event. It helped create new connections and build stronger trust across the team. Seeing everyone happy and fully enjoying the experience was incredibly rewarding. We worked together to bring it to life, each of us contributing ideas and perspectives, and because we infused the whole process with passion and fun, the outcome exceeded all expectations.

Would you recommend working at Frekuent to a friend? Why or why not?

Absolutely. Frekuent is a place that transforms you, expands your perspective, and pushes you out of your comfort zone, and that’s the best way to grow, both personally and professionally. You get to try new things, learn from your mistakes, and be inspired every day by the people around you.
